  • Be a full-time undergraduate student
  • Have GPA min of 2.75 (out of 4)
  • Have a TOEFL score of at least 550
  • Have successfully completed at least one year of academic study at your university
  • Have a strong interest in living in Thailand and are ready to accept cultural differences
  •          
          Application Steps for AIMS @ KMUTT
           
  • Download KMUTT Incoming Exchange Application Form
  • Find out or review the courses you may like to study during your time at KMUTT by consulting with your advisor
  • Complete the Application Form and other required documents, by combining into 1 pdf file named (your name).pdf, in case of applying via email. Later, submit to your International Office or AIMS contact person at your university
  • Your university will then officially nominate applicants to KMUTT
  • KMUTT announces the result to your International Office or AIMS contact person. Later, KMUTT will send a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to your university
  • Use LoA to apply for the Non-Immigrant Education Visa (Non-Ed) at the nearest Thai Embassy or consulate. This process will take about at least 2 weeks
  • Prepare yourself and Fly to Bangkok. Welcome to KMUTT!

          Important due date
           
  • 30 May 2014: Your International Office submits the application form to KMUTT
  • 20 June 2014: KMUTT announces the result and send LoA to your university
  • 23 June 2014 onwards: Students apply for Visa (Non-Ed) and prepare for a departure.
  • 15 16 July 2014: Settle down days @ KMUTT
  • 17 31 July 2014: Students participate in KMUTT Orientation
  • The 1st week of August 2014 Semester starts
